Tradition and Sustainability

The white bean from Murgia represents one of the finest expressions of Apulian cuisine and local agriculture.
Cultivated with sustainable farming methods, it grows in rich and fertile soil that benefits from the rotation between cereals and legumes. This practice, known as green manuring, naturally enriches the soil with nitrogen and organic matter, improving its structure and reducing the use of chemical fertilizers.
The Colle di Seta farm embraces this philosophy to produce foods that are not only delicious but also respectful of the environment and the people who cultivate them.
