Origin and processing
Cru Caviar’s cultivations are located at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,200 m, where the Crocus sativus stigmas slowly mature under the sun. Each flower is harvested at dawn, then the saffron threads are dried in low-temperature ovens within a few hours to preserve their organoleptic properties.
Organoleptic characteristics
The threads have a deep red color with orange reflections. Upon opening the jar, they release floral, citrusy, and slightly honeyed notes. On the palate, they offer a persistent sweet-bitter aftertaste, ideal for:

Usage tips

Storage and quality
Store in an airtight container, in a dark, cool, and dry place. Thanks to its very low residual moisture, it maintains its fragrance and color intact for up to 3 years from the packaging date.
