The venison Armagnac terrine by Ducs de Gascogne is an excellence of French gastronomic tradition, made with selected venison and a refined touch of IGP Sud-Ouest Armagnac. Each slice of venison Armagnac terrine offers a perfect balance between the wild taste of venison and the warm, slightly sweet notes of Armagnac, enhanced by a slow cooking process following the classic Gascony recipe.

On the nose, one perceives hints of forest floor, dried plum, and delicate spices, while on the palate, the velvety texture envelops the bold taste of venison. The recipe includes 25% venison, enriched with a blend of pork (jowl, liver, and lean meat) that gives succulence and creaminess to the product. The addition of 2% Armagnac creates a unique harmony of flavors, making this terrine an ideal gourmet appetizer for special occasions and elegant aperitifs.
