In the preparation, artisanal speck (10%) and smoked pancetta are combined with fresh onion, butter, Italian milk, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil, chanterelles (2%), and natural flavors, without added preservatives and naturally gluten-free The whole is delicately flavored with a touch of Trentino red wine.
Ideal for: seasoning short or long pasta, risotto, bruschetta, or as a refined finger food. Heat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or cooking water and enjoy the typical flavors of the Alpine region
