The Berry House duck ragout is prepared with 75% selected duck meat, combined with fresh onions and celery, Trentino white wine (sulphites), extra virgin olive oil from Garda, spices, and a pinch of salt, for an intense and enveloping taste
Thanks to the convenient 180 g format, you can heat it in just a few minutes directly in the pan, adding a little pasta cooking water to blend the sauce. In a few steps, you will obtain a rich and comforting first course, ideal for a family dinner or a Sunday lunch.
