Description
The Berry House wild boar ragù is a high-end gastronomic condiment, a product of Trentino culinary tradition. Made exclusively with wild boar meat, it is enriched with a soffritto of onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, flavored with Trentino red wine (sulfites), extra virgin olive oil from Garda, and tomato passata. Thanks to slow cooking, every bite releases intense aromas and a full flavor, characteristic of mountain game.
