The eggplant pesto is prepared artisanally with 40% selected eggplant, processed fresh and homogenized to achieve a velvety consistency. The recipe is completely vegan and cheese-free, to meet the needs of all palates

Eggplant (40%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Shelled Walnuts, Shelled Cashews, Cherry Tomatoes, Water, Basil, Salt. Contains nuts and may contain traces of sulfites
