ESPERIDIA BLONDE ORANGE AND BRANDY MARMALADE

Colle Vicario, an organic farm in the heart of the Lepini Mountains, carefully selects each fruit to create this blonde orange and brandy preserve. The oranges, grown without pesticides and harvested exclusively by hand, are cold-pressed to preserve the integrity of the essential oils and natural vitamins.

During the slow bain-marie cooking process, the pulp gradually thickens, never exceeding 75°C, to maintain the citrus fruit’s aromatic profile intact. At the end of the process, a small percentage of brandy aged in oak barrels for at least three years is added: the result is a cream with a velvety consistency, with light spicy notes that enhance the citrusy flavor.

Thanks to the versatility of this preparation, you can:

• Spread it on tarts and dry biscuits for breakfasts full of character

• Add it to Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream for a sweet-tangy contrast

• Serve it with aged cheeses (pecorino, parmesan) for an elegant aperitif

• Use it as a topping in homemade cheesecakes, muffins, and doughnuts

• 60% Italian blonde orange pulp

• 20% concentrated orange juice

• 15% whole cane sugar

• 5% 3-year aged brandy

• Organic lemon juice
