Giada Morgan’s giardiniera is a refined selection of sweet and sour vegetables by La Giardiniera di Morgan, a company from Vicenza founded in 2005 by chef Morgan Pasqual and his wife Luciana. Developed in the “5 Sensi” restaurant in Malo (VI), the giardiniera quickly became a must in gourmet cuisine, prompting the Pasqual couple to turn it into an independent business.

This version, dedicated to Giada, stands out for its combination of vibrant colors and balanced flavors: carrots, fennel, cauliflower, and peppers are selected daily from certified organic Venetian farms, cleaned, and cut by hand. Seasoned only with white wine vinegar, sugar, Cervia whole sea salt, and a light mix of spices, they maintain an unmistakable crunchiness without the use of preservatives, sulfites, or citric acid.

Storage:
500 ml glass jar. Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources; once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
