Fig, almond, and chocolate jam by Colle Vicario is born from Italian artisanal craftsmanship. In each jar, selected figs, toasted almonds, and dark chocolate unite in a unique marriage of flavors.

The figs come from the fields of Tenuta Colle Vicario, where the trees grow on calcareous soil. They are hand-picked at dawn when the fruit reaches the perfect sweetness.

The cooking process takes place at a low temperature. This way, the aromas remain vibrant and the nutritional value is preserved. The almonds, roasted in traditional ovens, add crunchiness and an intense flavor.

The dark chocolate, with a minimum of 70% cocoa, adds a harmonious note. Chosen from among the best European producers, it enriches the mixture with a velvety aftertaste.

We have eliminated preservatives and artificial colors. We only use brown sugar and fresh fruit. This ensures a healthy and genuine product. Each jar reflects our passion for quality.

Storage: Always close the jar tightly after opening. Store in the refrigerator (4–6 °C) and consume within 30 days to maintain optimal fragrance and flavor.
