BONVERRE’S TUSCAN PORK TUNA
Bonverre enhances the flavor of Tuscan pork tuna in every jar, offering a unique artisanal experience. We select outdoor-raised pigs from the hills, salt the meat for three days, and marinate it in white wine with bay leaves, black pepper, and juniper berries. We cook it in a bain-marie until tender, then preserve it in 270g jars submerged in Chianti PDO extra virgin olive oil.

Each jar contains only natural and traceable ingredients. Our pigs graze freely, respecting animal welfare and the environment.
