Lapsang Souchong Loose Leaf Tea from Pasticceria Cova Montenapoleone is an excellence in the art of smoked black tea. Hand-selected in the forests of Fujian, each leaf undergoes a traditional drying process over pine smoke, which gives the tea its characteristic peaty and woody aroma. <\/p>\n
The slow roasting over pine wood fire imparts notes of resin, cocoa, and sweet spices, resulting in a full body and a persistent aftertaste. On the nose, hints of burnt wood and white pepper are perceived, while in the mouth, a complex bouquet unfolds, capable of accompanying moments of meditation or gourmet breaks. <\/p>\n
