Ensuring safe and quality packaging is essential for consumer health and the reputation of the manufacturing company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valentina Cornacchio, who graduated in Packaging Science and Technology from the University of Parma, has been working in the sector for over a decade. After various experiences in the pharmaceutical and food industries, she founded <strong>AVCOR Consulting<\/strong> with her sister, a company specializing in technical consulting on materials intended for food contact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interview traces her journey, from her first laboratory experiences to the creation of an entrepreneurial venture with a strong focus on <strong>food safety<\/strong>, sustainability, and traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cornacchio emphasizes the importance of proper material selection, which must comply with regulatory requirements (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.avcorconsulting.it\/pills\/applicazione-della-normativa-moca.html\">FCM<\/a>) and not interfere with the organoleptic properties of food. The company offers technical support to businesses in drafting declarations of conformity, technical specifications, and integrated management systems.
